ACTIVITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES at the Port Charlotte Church of Christ   BIBLE SCHOOL: Classes for all ages are offered at 10:00 A.M. Sunday mornings and 7:00 P.M. Wednesday evenings.    WORSHIP: Congregational worship is a part of our church life on Sundays at 11:00 A.M., and 6:00 P.M.  Please join us as we sing, pray, study and observe the Lord's Supper.   YOUTH PROGRAMS: We schedule youth activities that encourage both spiritual and social development.   PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELING: A scripture intensive pre-marriage counseling and Bible study program designed to help build strong and lasting Christian marriages.  This includes films, audiotapes, and personal counseling.   REFERRALS: We have personnel trained to assist you in finding the help that you need in many different areas: Marriage and family counseling, substance abuse counseling, Community Resources, etc.  Referrals are to Christian counselors and services.   HELPFUL READING: Booklets addressing numerous spiritual, emotional, family or marital needs are available free of charge.   BIBLE STUDY BY MAIL: We offer excellent Bible study courses by mail. Study in the privacy of your home and receive a certificate upon completion.   HOME BIBLE STUDY: Conducted in the privacy of your home with trained “We Care” Bible instructors.   DO YOU HAVE VITAL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE BIBLE? Trained teachers are available to come to your home for a personal and private Bible study.   FOOD PANTRY: We maintain a food pantry for those in need. Pantry hours are 10 AM to Noon on the 2nd  and 4th Tuesday of each month   LADIES OUTREACH: Each Monday ladies are invited to sew “Teddy Bears” for the hospitals and clinics in the area. This group provides almost 1,000 bears each year to sooth hurting children.   WE CARE ABOUT YOU: What ever your need, we want to be of service.
